I am a self-taught artist who began selling my works while living in France in 1975. I was first inspired, then captured, the local sites of Compiegne, France in pen & ink.
I have developed my technique in four media: pen & ink, watercolor, oil, and pastel.
My work expresses an acute appreciation of landscapes, seascapes, and cityscapes. I believe that the beautiful scenes all around us need to be captured by art. In so doing, I hope that my optimistic world view might be transferred from me to those who view and appreciate my art.
